Love it or hate it, you gotta have it! Unless if you're lactose intolerant, then there's soy for you (boo) Personally for me, I love cheese, every type of cheese in the world (except Swiss, Swiss tastes like cardboard ugh) Cheese is very versatile, you can have it in ; lasagnas, soups, casseroles, to be eaten with fruits and crackers, sandwiched between breads and burgers, or simply eat it just as it is!
You gotta have if not a lot, some cheese in your pizza!

Although they're amazing, too much of a good thing is bad! Cheese consists of proteins and FAT from milk where if to be taken too much can lead to jiggly fats all around the body and we don't want that do we? Healthy proportions, for everything.
